How To Put Cancellation Request in DashRDP Portal Print

In this article we will guide you through on how to put cancellation request for your service. We are assuming that you are already logged into the Client area.

  • Firstly, In the client area, Click on the Services section and then click on the My Services button. In the next page click on the service that you want to cancel:

  • It will take you to the selected Service's page, where In the left sidebar, under Actions, you can click on Request Cancellation button or you can also click on the same button that will show below Active button:

After clicking on the request cancellation button, a new page will appear. In that page, there will be a text box and cancellation type:

  1. In the text box you can type the reason for why you want to cancel the product or service.
  2. In the Cancellation Type list options you can select whether you want the cancellation to be immediate or occur at the end of the billing period.
  3. Then you have to click on Request Cancellation button.
